Food Tip

Use your refrigerator to thaw foods by moving them from the freezer to the refrigerator one or two days before you plan to cook them. An alternative method for thawing is the microwave oven. However, if thawing is done in the microwave oven, the thawed food must be cooked immediately afterward.







Artichoke Dip 1 Directions

Combine equal amounts Parmesan cheese and mayonnaise. Add garlic
powder. Add artichoke hearts and combine with cheese mixture. May be
served cold or heated 10 to 20 minutes in 350F oven or until cheese
is melted (do not heat in microwave). Serve with chips or as a
spread on french bread.
