Fry meat until nearly done. Add sugar, soy sauce, and juice from
canned veggies. Add onion and cook until tender. Add veggies. Add 1c
water. Thicken with corn starch <take 1/4c cold water and 2T corn
starch>.
Serve hot with rice and chow mein noodles.
