We plan, we toil, we suffer - in the hope of what? A camel-load of idol's eyes? The title deeds of Radio City? The empire of Asia? A trip to the moon? No, no, no, no. Simply to wake just in time to smell coffee and bacon and eggs. |

1. Cut steaks lengthwise in half and then crosswise into thin strips.
2. In medium bowl, combine marinade ingredients; add beef, tossing to
coat. Cover and marinate in refrigerator 20 minutes.
3. Remove beef from marinade; discard marinade. Heat large nonstick
skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Add beef (1/2 at a time) and
stir-fry 1 to 2 minutes or until outside surface is no longer pink
(do not overcook). Add coleslaw mix, green onions and cornstarch
mixture. Cook and stir until sauce is thickened and bubbly.
4.To assemble, spread one side of each tortilla with 2 teaspoons
hoisin sauce. Spoon about 1/2 cup beef mixture in center of each
tortilla. Fold bottom edge up over filling. Fold right and left sides
to center, overlapping edges. Makes 4 servings.
