1/2 cup water
1/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 tsp salt
10 oz pineapple chunks
1/2 cup sliced onion
2 tbsp butter or cooking oil
1/3 cup vinegar
2 tbsp cornstarch
1 tbsp soy sauce
3/4 cup sliced green bell pepper

Keep the hot foods hot and the cold foods cold. Use chafing dishes or other heated servers which keep already hot foods at a temperature of at least 140F.
