Preparation: Wash, shell & devein shrimp. Slice water chestnuts
into thin circles. Mince entire green onions. Bring stock to boil
with onions & water chestnuts. Add shrimp & salt. Taste & correct
salt if necessary. Return soup to boil. Serve.
