Saute ground beef, onion, and 2/3's of the mushrooms in a skillet
until the beef is well browned; drain off fat. Add salt, pepper,
worcestershire sauce, and biscuit mix to meat mixture; spread in
pastry lined pan. Beat eggs lightly, add cottage cheese, and mix
well. Pour over meat mixture, and garnish with remaining mushrooms.
Bake in 375~ oven for 1/2 hour. Serve the quiche hot.
