* See Sowest 2 for recipe. ** Beef Brisket should be well trimmed
and weigh about 4 to 5 lbs. Prepare the Spicy Texas Barbecue Sauce
and set aside. Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Place beef brisket in
ungreased rectangular baking dish, 13 X 9 X 2-inches. Pour sauce over
beef. Cover and bake 2 hours. Turn beef over, cover and bake until
tender, about 2 hours longer. Serve with warmed flour tortillas if
desired.
