In a large saucepan, combine the catsup, water, vinegar, brown sugar,
soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, onion, mustard, horseradish, and
season salt. Bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer, uncovered for
30 minutes. Use to baste beef, lamb or poultry during last 15 minutes
of grilling. Heat and pass remainder.
