2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp malt
2 tbsp molasses
2 tsp mustard
1 tsp chili sauce or tabasco
1 spices:
1 pinch nutmeg
2 pods
4 cloves -- ground
1/2 tsp allspice
1 black pepper
1 cardamon -- ground

Chop the onions, garlic and ginger and slowlycook in the oil until
soft. Add flour to thicken ( thin if you want to marinade). Add
everything else and cook for half an hour.
