Place 1/4 c of mung beans in a quart jar and cover with tepid water.
Cover with cheesecloth and tie secure. Soak overnight. Drain water
off. Set in a warm dark place. Every day rinse with tepid water and
drain. Place in warm dark place again. Repeat four to five days or
until sprouts are as big as you want.
