19 oz black beans, undrained
1/2 cup cooked ham, cubed (i leave
1 ; out the meat)
3/4 tsp dried italian seasoning
5 drop hot pepper sauce, 3-5 drops
2 cup rice, cooked

Italian Black Beans & Rice Directions

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot. Add onion and
garlic, cook 3-5 minutes or until tender. Stil in all remeaining
ingrediants except rice.

Simmer, cover 6 to 8 minutes. Serve over rice.
