1 1/2 tbsp chili powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin seed
1/2 tsp marjoram

Soak beans in water overnight. Brown salt pork in skillet or
slow-cooking pot with browning unit. In slow-cooking pot, combine
soaked beans (with water), browned pork, and remaining ingredients.
Cover and cook on low for 9 to 10 hours.
