1 halved or quartered,
1 depending on size
1/3 lb or so pepperoni style
1 seitan
1/2 to 1 cup salsa

Spicey Green Beans Directions

put the bulghar wheat in the bottom of a large nuke-proof casserole
dish, Then add averything else, cover and nuke for ten minutes on
high. Stir and nuke for 2 - 3 more minutes, let stand for 5 minutes.
Enjoy

The bulghar soaks up the excess liquid and adds heartiness.
