In a skillet, combine Ground Meat Mix, and water. Cover and cook over
low heat for 15 minutes. Break up meat with a fork. Stir in crushed
tomatoes, kidney beans, rice, bell peppers, chili powder, and salt.
Bring mixture to boiling; reduce heat. Cover and simmer for 20
minutes, stirring occasionally. Sprinkle cheese and tortilla chips
over meat mixture.
