Brown stew meat in oil. When meat is lightly browned add curry and
continue browning. Add remaining ingredients and bring to a boil. Simmer
about 1 hour, continuing to add juice (water or orange juice) as needed.
A pressure cooker or crock pot can be used to hasten cooking. Serve with
rice and mixed vegetables or chutney.
