1/3 cup red wine vinegar
1 tbsp paprika
1 tsp curry powder
1/2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp dry mustard
2 tsp salt
4 medium potatoes, peeled
4 medium carrots, pared, cut i
1 tbsp cornstarch, optional
1/4 cup water
Mix all ingredients at cook on low
