Fiery Beef Brochettes Directions

1. Trim fat from steak. Cut steak diagonally across grain into thin
slices. Combine steak, teriyaki sauce, lime juice, pepper, and sesame oil
in a large zip-top plastic bag. Seal bag, and marinate in refrigerator at
least 4 hours, turning occasionally. 2. Remove steak from bag; discard
marinade. Thread steak onto 16 (6-inch) skewers. Place skewers on a
broiler pan coated with cooking spray; broil 8 minutes or until done,
turning once.

Yield: 16 appetizers (serving size: 1 skewer).
