Combine first seven ingredients.
Pour into a shallow, flat pan and place tenderloin tips in marinade.
Cover and let stand for 2 - 3 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove tips and stir fry quickly in hot peanut oil in wok.
Serve on a bed of rice.
