10 large mushrooms, sliced
2 cup flank steak or roast beef, julienned
2 cup halved snow peas
1 red bell pepper -ribs and seeds removed, julienned

2. In large bowl, combine vegetable oil, lemon juice, vinegar, oregano,

peppers; mix thoroughly. Add pasta and mix again. Serve immediately, or
refrigerate 1 hour and serve cold.
