minutes.Add vegetables and stir fry 2 minutes.Add water,sherry,soy
sauce and seasoning mix.Bring to a full boil.Stir in rice.Cover;
remove from heat.Let stand 5 minutes.Fluff with a fork.Makes
4 servings
