Saute mushrooms in butter, remove and saute bacon, remove bacon and add
beef. Brown well, sprinkle in flour, garlic, onions, bouillon cubes,
wine, sugar, salt, spices and cover. Simmer 2 hours. Add bacon and
mushrooms and simmer another hour.
Serve over hot rice or noodles.
