NOTES : Aunt Dorothy makes the best beef roast in the family. The
beef is tender and the gravy is delicious. When I first
made this beef for my parents' 35th wedding anniversary
party, Aunt Dorothy said I was competing with her. That I
was even in the running was a compliment. This is an
excellent recipe--especially for company buffets. I am
very grateful Terri shared it with me.
