Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease or spray an 8 inch square baking
dish. Prepare beef with seasoning mix, tomato paste and water
according to package directions on seasoning mix. Spread half the
mixture in bottom of baking dish.
In medium bowl, mix spinach and cheeses until blended. Spoon about 2
tablespoons of mixture into each shell and arrange stuffed shells in
baking dish. Spoon remaining sauce over shells. Cover and bake for
20 minutes until bubbly. Serves 4 ( 189 calories per serving). Typed
