1. Cut tenderloin steaks into 1/4-inch slices.
2. In small bowl, mix gravy and horseradish.
3. Heat oil in a 10-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Saute
onion in oil. Stir in beef, gravy, tomato paste and mushrooms; reduce heat
to medium-low. Cover and cook 6 to 8 minutes, until hot. Just before
serving, stir in sour cream. Serve over rice and sprinkle with parsley.
Makes 2 servings. Preparation time: 25 minutes. Cooking time: 15 minutes.
