Anyone who owns a Bread Making Machine, please skip this message...
A lot of folks think that making bread "from scratch" is a lost,
arcane art, practised by li'l old ladies in pink pinafores. Well,
this ol' cowpoke is here to tell ya' that ANYONE can make bread, from
"scratch"...and it's not all that difficult. Time consuming,
perhaps, but bear with me, and let's see what happens...
