1/4 cup bulgur wheat w/soy grits
1/4 cup boiling water
1 1/4 cup 50/50 flour
1/2 cup bread flour
2 tbsp honey
1 tbsp vegetable oil
1 tbsp dry milk
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup water
