Preheat oven to 375øF. Combine flour and cheese, and cut in
margarine or shortening. Add milk and mix well. Knead lightly.
Divide dough into two parts, and roll out to 1 inch thickness on a
floured board. Cut into desired shapes, and place biscuits on a
ungreased cookie sheet. Prick with a fork, and sprinkle with garlic
powder. Bake 12 to 15 minutes, or until lightly browned. Cool and
