Cream sugar & shortening, add eggs and vanilla. Add dry ingredients
alternately with milk. Grease and flour loaf pan, put in a layer of
batter then sprinkle on a mixture of cinnamon & sugar then another
layer of batter, ending with a layer of batter. Bake 1 hour in
350 oven.
Serves: 8
