Preheat oven to 325F.
Melt margarine in a small frying pan. Add onion, garlic & ginger &
saute until the onion is translucent. Add spices & stir fry for 1
minute.
In a large bowl, combine flour & salt. Add spice mixture & blend
well. Slowly add as much water as is needed to make a dough. Divide
the dough into 2 equal portions & roll out to 1/16" thickness. Cut
into 2" shapes & prick with a fork.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until crisp. Cool on wire racks. Serve with
dips.
