Fat grams per serving: Approx. Cook Time: 80min In a
heavy bottomed saucepan, combine milk and honey and heat, stirring
until well blended. Cut the butter into small pieces and add to milk
mixture, stir until butter has melted. Stir in flours, salt and
baking powder. Fold in the nuts.
Pour into a well-buttered and floured loaf pan or several small loaf
pans (fill a little over half full). Bake in a preheated 325F oven,
1 hour 20 minutes for large loaf and about 45 minutes for the smaller
ones, or until a cake tester comes out clean. Cool 15 minutes before
removing from pan. Cool completely before slicing. Source: Bread Book
