1/4 cup (plus 2 tb) milk
1 tsp active dry yeast
1 2/3 cup bread flour
2/3 cup rye flour
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground cardamom
3 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tsp barley malt syrup*
1/4 cup honey
2 eggs
