Maple Fritters Directions

Combine baking powder and salt with flour and add milk. Beat eggs and
cream together and stir into flour mixture. Drop by tablespoons into
hot fat, heated to 370*F and fry until done, about 5 minutes. Serve
with warm maple syrup.
