dough into ten 1/2 inch thick slices. Lightly flour a cutting board
and, with your fingers, roll each slice into a 12 inch rope. Place on
a cookie sheet that has been coated with nonstick vegetable spray.
Brush each with beaten egg. In a small bowl, combine the remaining
ingredients and sprinkle on top. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until
golden brown.
