Food Tip

My Scones Directions

Preheat pan to 375. Sift flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Cut in
shortening. Add egg and milk. Knead lightly and roll out 1/2" thick.
Cut in triangle. Bake on griddle or electric fry pan about 5 minutes
each side.

Serves: 4
