Dissolve yeast in 1/2 cup water with 1 tsp sugar. Let stand for 10
minutes til foamy then stir.
To the yeast mixture, add the oil, water, sugar, eggs and salt. Add
flour gradually til a stiff dough is achieved. Knead til smooth and
elastic. Prepare about 4 pm. Let rise til bed time about 6 hours, or
til double in bulk, covered with greased wax paper. Punch down. Cut
into 36 pieces and shape into desired rolls. Arrange on baking sheet
or pan and let rise overnight. DO NOT COVER. Bake at 375 for 10-15
minutes til golden.
