Sift together flour, baking powder, celery seed and salt. Cut in
shortening and parmesan cheese until particles are fine. Combine egg
with milk. Add to dry ingredients; stir until dough clings together.
Knead on floured surface 10 times. Roll out to 1/2-inch thickness.
Cut into rounds with floured 2-inch cutter; place on cookie sheet.
Bake at 425 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
