magazine Parsley Croutons Cut bread slices into 1/2-in cubes. Melt
butter in a heavy large skillet over medium heat. Add bread cubes.
Season with salt. Cook until light brown, stirring frequently, about
5 minutes. Stir in parsley. Drain on paper towels. (Can be prepared 6
hours ahead. Cool completely. Cover tightly.)
