Blue Cheese Walnut Spread Directions

In blender, sprinkle unflavored gelatin over cold water; let stand 3-4
minutes. Add boiling water and process at low speed until gelatin is
completely dissolved, about 2 minutes. Add sour cream, milk, lemon
juice, worcestershire sauce and cheeses; process at high speed until
blended. Add walnuts and process at low speed 5 seconds. Pour into 7
1/2 x 3 3/4 x 2 1/4 inch loaf pan or 4 cup bowl; chill until firm.
Unmold onto lettuce-lined platter and serve, if desired with
crackers, party=size breads and fruits.
