Combine cheese, butter, salt, cayenne and chives. Add flour and mix
until a smooth dough forms. Divide dough in half and shape each half
into a log, about 1" in diameter. Wrap in waxed paper and chill at
least 1 hour. Slice into 1/8" slices and bake on lightly greased
sheets at 350 for 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Makes 48
