In large saucepan mix well; water, grits and salt. Bring to simmer
and cook until grits are very thick; remove from heat. Oil 13" x 9"
baking dish. Stir together in sauce pan grits and remaining
ingredients; pour into prepared dish and spread evenly. Sprinkle top
with additional paprika. Bake for 30-35 minutes at 350 F.
