In a bowl, mix cream cheese and margarine together until smooth. Stir
in onion, 1 cup hazelnuts and orange peel. Shape into a ball. Roll in
remaining hazelnuts, wrap in plastic wrap, and chill until firm. Best
if allowed to season overnight. Serve with crackers.
