Preheat oven to 400øF. Combine flours and cheese, and cut in
shortening. Beat egg with buttermilk, and pour into flour mixture.
Add apples and parsley to wet flour mixture, and stir until soft
dough forms. Drop by the tablespoon onto an ungreased cookie sheet,
