In shallow bowl, combine egg white, water & pepper. Set aside. On a
plate, combine cracker crumbs & cheese.Dip each cube steak into the
egg mixture, then the cracker/cheese mixture. In a large skillet,
melt margarine; brown steaks on both sides. Add pizza sauce & simmer
3-5 minutes. Garnish w/ remaining crumb mixture. Serve immediately.
Serves 4. Serve this w/ Honey Butter Corn & an Italian Salad. Then
