Combine cream cheese and cheddar cheese, mixing at medium speed on
electric mixer until well blended. Add all remaining ingredients
except pecans; mix well. Chill several hours. Shape into ball; roll
in pecans. Serve with crackers. Makes approximately 2 cups.
