Recipe by: Philadelphia Cream Cheese Mix cream cheese and cheddar
cheese with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
Add bell pepper, onion, Worchestershire sauce, juice and ground
pepper; mix well. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Place drinking glass in center of serving platter. Drop round
tablespoons of mixture around glass, just touching the rim, to form a
ring; smooth with spatula. Remove glass. Garnish with chopped fresh
parsley and chopped red bell pepper. Serve with crackers.
Makes 2 cups.
