Royal Frosting 02 - Country Living Directions

In medium-size bowl, combine confectioners' sugar, egg whites, and
cream of tartar. With electric mixer, beat until thick. Cover tightly
with a damp towel while using to keep from drying out.

Note: If frosting is to be eaten, use meringue powder and follow
package instructions for Royal Frosting. Meringue powder can be
purchased wherever cake-decorating supplies are sold or by mail from
Wilton Industries, Inc.,
