Trace cookie cutter shapes onto paper. Place waxed paper over design.
Outline design with glue. Coat surface with glue & fill with glitter.
Let set. Shake off extra glitter. Let dry (may take several days).
Cut out & do the same to the reversed side. Make hole in top with
point of scissors & run a loop of thread or ribbon to use as hanger.
