Pack food in a cooler with ice or ice packs. Only pack foods which have been chilled to a temperature below 40 degrees F - do not use the cooler to chill room temperature foods. Beat cheese until smooth; gradually beat in sugar. Blend in sour
cream and vanilla. Fold in whipped topping, blending well. Spoon
into crust. Chill until set, at least 4 hours. Garnish with fresh
