Combine first 4 ingredients in top of a double boiler; beat at low
speed on an electric mixer 30 seconds or just until blended. Bring
water to a boil; reduce heat to low, and cook, stirring constantly,
until mixture is slightly thickened (about 20 minutes). Remove from
heat; add bourbon, and beat at low speed 1 minute. Combine remaining
ingredients in a large bowl. Pour egg mixture over fruit-nut mixture,
mixing well. Cool completely.
