Combine corn syrup, cocoa and water in saucepan. Cook over low heat
until well blended, stirring constantly. Add sugar, salt and milk.
Simmer for 7 to 8 minutes or until thickened, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat. Beat in butter and vanilla. Serve over desserts.
